Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Pump.fun Volume Bot (the "Service"), operated by ForgePump ("we", "us"). By opening the dashboard, funding a session, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does
Pump.fun Volume Bot automates on-chain trading activity for Pump.fun and Solana tokens: it coordinates a rotating fleet of wallets, optional auto-comments and auto-favorites, and anti-MEV routing, so a token's on-chain signals reach the levels the trending feed reads. The Service is a software tool. It does not buy, sell, custody, or manage your assets on your behalf beyond executing the session you configure and fund.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use automated trading tools and to hold and transfer digital assets in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for confirming that your use of the Service is lawful where you live. The Service is not offered where its use would be prohibited.
3. Non-custodial model
The Service is non-custodial. You fund a deposit wallet that you control. The Service generates ephemeral session sub-wallets from that deposit, never requests your main wallet's private key, and discards the sub-wallets when a session ends. We do not hold, freeze, or have discretionary control over your primary funds. You are responsible for the security of your own keys and devices.
4. Commission and refunds
The Service charges a flat 2% commission on the target volume you request. That commission is inclusive: Solana network fees, priority fees, Jito tips, wallet funding and auto-engagement are covered by it, as described on the pricing section of the homepage. Any unused portion of your deposit is returned to your control when a session stops. Because on-chain transactions are final and network costs are already spent during a running session, amounts already consumed on-chain are not refundable.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law or exchange or platform rule; manipulate markets in a manner prohibited by the venues you operate on; infringe the rights of others; interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; or misrepresent the Service's simulated interface previews as live guaranteed outcomes. You are responsible for how you use the activity the Service produces.
6. Risk disclosure
Trading memecoins and using automated on-chain tools carries real and substantial risk, including total loss of the funds you commit. On-chain activity does not guarantee that a token will trend, hold a rank, attract organic buyers, or retain value. Trending thresholds, network conditions, and third-party platform behavior are outside our control and can change at any time. Nothing in the Service or on this website is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You act on your own judgment and at your own risk.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any specific result, rank, or volume outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ForgePump is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the commission you paid for the session giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves or as law requires. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
