Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ForgePump collects when you use Pump.fun Volume Bot, and what we deliberately do not. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to reply to you and to understand aggregate site traffic, and we never ask for or store your wallet's private key.

1. What we collect

  • Messages you send us. When you use the contact form or live message widget, we receive the email address and message you provide, so we can reply.
  • Basic analytics. Like most sites, we collect aggregate, non-identifying usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type, referrer) to understand traffic and improve the site via Google Analytics 4.
  • Server logs. Our hosting and CDN keep standard technical logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for security and reliability. These are typical of any web server.

2. What we never collect

We never ask for, receive, or store your wallet's private key or seed phrase. The Service is non-custodial: session sub-wallets are generated from a deposit you control and discarded when a session ends. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

3. How we use it

We use the data above only to reply to your messages, operate and secure the site, and understand aggregate usage. We do not use it for automated decisions that affect you, and we do not combine your contact message with analytics to identify you.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to measure aggregate traffic. These do not identify you personally to us. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site remains usable without analytics cookies.

5. Third parties

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run the site: our hosting provider, a content delivery network (CDN) for security and speed, and Google Analytics for aggregate measurement. Each processes only what it needs to provide its service. We do not share your contact messages with third parties except as needed to reply to you or where legally required.

6. Retention

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. Server and CDN logs are retained on the standard schedules of those providers. Analytics data is aggregate and retained per the analytics provider's defaults.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what message data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or withdraw a request, by emailing support@pumpfunvolumebot.space. You can block analytics and cookies in your browser. Because the Service is non-custodial, we hold no wallet credentials to return or delete.
